What we collect
Contact details you submit through the enquiry and partner application forms — name, work email, company, country, organisation type and anything you choose to include in the message field.
Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and understand which content is useful.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, evaluate a partner application, and provide information about products and services you asked about.
To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations arising from a commercial relationship.
Customer data inside deployments
Soika software is deployed inside customer-controlled environments. Data processed by Soika Stack, Soika AI and Mockingjay in those deployments remains under the customer's control and is not transmitted to Soika Labs.
Where Soika provides support or managed services, access is governed by the relevant agreement and is limited, logged and time-bound.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted or anonymised.
